Return Policy

At Digman Construction, we’re committed to delivering quality tools, parts, and materials that meet the demands of your job site. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Eligible Returns

• You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• A Return Authorization is required. Please email us at sales@digmanconstruction.com to initiate a return.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.

• A 20% restocking fee may apply.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

• Custom-fabricated or made-to-order products

• Special-order items

• Electrical components

• Clearance or discounted items

• Any item that has been installed, used, or modified

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after your return arrives.
