Entry-Level Tradesman for Grain Handling Systems
Start a career in the skilled trades while helping install, maintain, and service grain handling systems. No experience is required. We will train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Assist with assembling and installing grain handling equipment
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Help with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Learn equipment components and installation processes
- Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area
- Work with a crew on farm and commercial projects
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work safely
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Good communication and teamwork
- Valid driver's license
Experienced Grain Handling Systems Tradesman
Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot agricultural and commercial grain handling systems.
What You'll Do
- Install and service grain bins, dryers, conveyors, elevators, and augers
- Diagnose mechanical problems and complete repairs
- Perform equipment installation and field service work
- Complete welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed
- Read measurements, follow plans, and coordinate with the crew
- Help maintain safe and organized jobsites
What We're Looking For
- Grain handling, millwright, mechanical, or agricultural construction experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Experienced Concrete Tradesman
Work on agricultural, commercial, and residential concrete projects throughout the region.
What You'll Do
- Set forms and prepare jobsites
- Pour, place, and finish concrete
- Build foundations, walls, floors, pads, and flatwork
- Use construction tools and equipment safely
- Follow layout, elevations, and project specifications
- Work with the crew to complete quality projects efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Concrete forming or finishing experience
- Ability to read measurements and follow layout
- Equipment operation experience is helpful
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid driver's license and strong teamwork
